Notes

"Agropyron repens" seems hard to pin down. We have conserved the name but recognized that most authors prefer either one of the 2 following based on the corresponding references.

1. Agropyron repens (L.) P. Beauv. =  Elytrigia repens (L.) Desv. ex Nevski ( based on Barkworth, Mary E.; Dewey, Douglas R. 1985. Genomically based genera in the perennial Triticeae of North America: identification and membership. American Journal of Botany. 72(5): 767-776. [393]).

2.  Agropyron repens (L.) P. Beauv. =  Elymus repens (L.) Gould (based on Barkworth, Mary E., ed. 2002. Manual of grasses for North America, [Online]. Utah State University (Producer). Available: http://herbarium.usu.edu/grassmanual/ [52642]).
